QUICK FACTS
Adam Hertz, RHU (Registered Health Underwriter and Certified Self Funded Specialist) is our Executive Vice President, a native Floridian, and an avid Florida State fan. After graduating from FSU with a B.S. in Information Science, Adam immediately started work with Alltrust as a benefits specialist in which he has been awarded the “Consultant of the Year” 11 out of 15 years during his career. As Executive Vice President, Adam serves over 50 Tampa Bay employer groups, handles RFP management, advising and education of clients, and day-to-day oversight of medical advocacy.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ADAM
There’s a lot more to Adam than just being a fan of garnet and gold. He is highly involved within the community and has sat on the board of directors for the Bob Sierra YMCA, The Children’s Home and West Coast Partners, a non-profit organization in which he is one of the founders. Currently, Adam is serving on the board of directors for Junior Achievement. He is also involved with the Make a Wish Foundation, Moffitt Cancer Center and The Joshua House.
As a 15-year veteran of Alltrust, Adam says “Getting to work with some of the greatest people, and having the opportunity to be an integral part of our growth” is the greatest aspect of his career.
In his spare time, Adam loves spending time with his wife, Brie, their 3 children - Carson, Emerson, and Sutton - and their "four-legged" child, Shelby. Weekends are spent at baseball games, recitals, and golf. If he gets a chance to go on vacation, Adam’s favorite spots are Napa, Nashville or going to baseball stadiums across the country with his boys.
